To get help fastest, tell us the game, your device model and iOS version, and what happened just before the problem. If something looks wrong on screen, a screenshot is worth a paragraph.
A hex physics matcher. Rotate the field, land pieces flat-side to the grid, and clear triangles, lines and rings of six. A ring forges an exotic material whose colour decides its power. Three pieces touching the outer ring for 1.5 seconds ends the run with a black-hole collapse.
Only three shapes clear: a tight triangle of three, a straight line of three or more, and a full ring of six around a single socket. Bent chains and loose blobs never clear on their own. They are your building material for rings. Open the ? button in-game for the guided run, which teaches this by playing.
Close a ring of six same-coloured pieces and you forge one. The ring's colour decides which: cyan forges Tachyonite (slows time), magenta Pulsarium (gravity pulse), amber Solarium (solar flare), lime Chromatite (transmutes colours), violet Voidstone (purges a colour). Double-tap a material on the board to activate it.
Open the shop and use Restore Purchases with the same Apple Account. This restores eligible non-consumable purchases, such as Remove Ads. Stardust packs are consumable and cannot be restored. If a purchase was not delivered, email us with the product, approximate date, app version and what happened. Do not send passwords or payment details. For a refund, use Apple's refund service. Apple decides refund eligibility.
Yes. The shop offers a one-time Remove Ads purchase. Rewarded ads that you choose to watch for an in-game bonus remain available by choice.
Progress is stored on your device, so deleting the app deletes it. Best scores also sync to Game Center if you are signed in. We cannot recover progress from a deleted install, which is why we are honest about it up front.
Email us with the app version, device model, iOS version and steps that led to the problem. A screenshot helps when the issue is visible. Do not include personal information in screenshots.
Settings include a colourblind mode, reduced motion, adjustable rotation sensitivity, and separate music and effects volumes. Every piece also carries a shape marker, so colour is never the only way to tell pieces apart. If something still does not work for you, write to us and we will fix it.
Version 2.00 sends aggregate usage counters without a persistent player ID. Open Settings, Privacy & Credits, and turn on Stop usage statistics to stop them. Advertising consent and iOS tracking permission are separate. The Singularity Privacy Policy explains the storefront rules, retention, earlier versions and privacy controls.
