These terms apply to authorized use of VRTCL Clip Analytics, the company service for connecting approved provider accounts, reading bounded marketing analytics, and supporting separately authorized organic publishing.

Authorized use

Use the service only for a VRTCL company account and only when you are authorized to connect or review the relevant provider account. Keep your sign-in and provider authorization under your control. Do not submit another person’s credentials, tokens, or private data.

Provider accounts and information

A connection remains subject to the provider’s terms, permissions, and availability. Analytics access and organic publishing use separate provider authorization paths; publishing is optional and requires an authorized company principal and the provider capability.

A displayed metric is not a promise of downloads, revenue, reach, or publication. Preparing or submitting media is not proof that the provider published it; publication requires provider receipt and readback.

Service records

VRTCL may retain source and integrity information needed to associate an observation with the correct company record and to investigate a connection. See the Privacy Notice and Data Deletion page for the applicable operational information and request process.

Availability and changes

The service depends on VRTCL systems and provider systems. Information can be delayed, unavailable, or changed when a provider changes access or reports. VRTCL may modify or discontinue the service and will update these terms when the service or its use changes.
